Meet Iva Musilek

Courtesy Matters was founded on a simple conviction: that etiquette is universally essential but constantly evolving, and that learning it well can genuinely improve the quality of our everyday lives through civility and respect — for ourselves and for others.

Iva Musilek is a certified etiquette consultant, trained through multiple programs including private study with the Canadian etiquette expert Louise Fox in Toronto. She works with children, teens, and adults across the full range of modern etiquette — from introductions and dining to non-verbal communication and business etiquette, including email, videoconferencing, and social media.

Every class is designed to be warm and practical rather than stiff or intimidating. Lessons are taught over a real meal or tea service, so that good manners stop being a set of rules to memorise and become something natural — a quiet confidence you carry into every room.
